What does “preorder” mean?
A preorder allows you to reserve your copy of the Taming the Beast film or media edition before it is released or shipped. By preordering, you secure your place in the fulfilment queue and support the final stages of production and distribution.
When will my preorder be delivered?
Estimated release or shipping dates are listed on the relevant product page.
These dates are provided in good faith and may change due to production, manufacturing, or distribution factors. If there is a significant change, we will communicate updates by email and update the website accordingly.
How can I stay informed about updates or changes to shipping dates?
We update our product pages and this FAQ whenever there is a meaningful change to shipping plans or timelines.
If you prefer not to rely on email updates alone, you are welcome to check back periodically, for example once a month or in the weeks leading up to the estimated shipping date, to see if any information has been updated.
We aim to keep all preorder information current and clearly communicated.
Will I receive emails about my preorder?
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation after purchase and essential updates if timelines, fulfilment, or delivery details change.
We do not send unnecessary or promotional emails related to your preorder unless you have opted in separately.
Is this a limited edition?
Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, preorders are not limited editions.
Early pricing may be time-limited, but the product itself is not restricted in quantity unless explicitly described as such.
What is the difference between preorder waves or pricing tiers?
Preorder waves reflect early supporter/fan pricing, not different versions of the product.
Earlier waves may include bonus items or early supporter extras as a thank-you. Later waves receive the same core product but without those additional items.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship internationally unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties vary by destination and are the responsibility of the buyer unless explicitly included at checkout.
Will I need to pay customs or import fees?

Can I change my shipping address after placing a preorder?

Can I cancel my preorder?

Once production or fulfilment is underway, cancellations may no longer be possible.

Are preorders refundable?
Digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
Physical products are non-refundable once shipped, except where required by law or in cases of damaged or defective items.
Refund requests are reviewed fairly and on a case-by-case basis.
What happens if there is a delay?
Delays can occur in film production, manufacturing, or international shipping.
If delays arise, we will communicate clearly and update the website. Your preorder remains valid and your place in the fulfilment queue is preserved.
How will digital products be delivered?
